     Collecting rent should be easy if you have a good tenant who pays on time! But what if they don’t? Having The Rental Network Services in your corner, who knows tenant law and the proper notices to send is critical!  If a tenant has gone beyond the grace period of the lease we provide them with a late rent notice, with late fees along with the current rent amount. If we have a tenant that for some reason stop paying rent, we will be ready to assist in the eviction process and re-renting the property quickly. 

Accounting 

•  Make payments to owner processed one day after late fee is accessed.  
• Detailed documentation of expenses via invoices and receipts Maintain all historical records (paid invoices, leases, and inspection reports.)
•  Provide annual reporting, structured for tax purposes as well as required tax documents including a 1099 form.
•  Provide easy to read monthly cash-flow statements which offer a detailed breakdown of income and itemized expenses.
